Oppo N1 has been in stores for for over a month now and its sales are going strong. The reason why it is selling good is because it has some really cool features that no smartphone has ever had. But what makes the latest smartphone from Oppo this unique and special?
First of all, let’s talk about specs. The Oppo N1 is considered as a phablet because it has a huge FullHD 5.9″ display. It has a Snapdragon 600 processor and 13MP camera. Till now nothing special, right?
Well what if I told you that you can take 13MP selfies? No, it doesn’t have a 13MP front facing camera but the camera on the back can be rotated 200° so you can take photos of yourself with maximum quality.
Another special thing about Oppo N1 are the gestures. What does this do? If you scroll down and bring up the notification panel you’ll notice there’s also a gestures panel. There you can draw a special gesture like a letter or whatever you want and then select an app. Next time you draw this gesture, the app you selected for this gesture will automatically open. This is a neat feature if you want to save some seconds by opening a specific app faster via gestures panel.
The Oppo N1 has a touch-sensitive area at the back called O-Touch. You can slide your finger, long press and double tap at this area to scroll through different lists or to navigate a website. This works just like the touch pad that the PS4 controller has. This is useful if your hand are dirty and don’t want to touch the screen.
So these were some features that make Oppo N1 special and a great device to buy. Do you have any other reasons you want to share with us?
