The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was received much better than the Samsung Galaxy S5. Even though these two devices are quite similar, there are a few changes that make the Note 4 a lot better. Here we can mention the beautiful Super AMOLED display, S Pen and better body materials.
One of the weakest points of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the speaker. Samsung decided to move the speaker from the bottom of the phone on the Galaxy Note 3 to the back on the Galaxy Note 4. That isn’t a great position for a speaker.
When you put the phone down on the table, the speaker gets blocked. This makes the volume low and the speaker sounds muffled. The volume when you play songs is low by default, so that’s why he have written a tutorial how to boost Galaxy Note 4 speaker volume.
Another thing that you can do to make the speaker better is to install the surround sound speaker mod. This makes the phone to play surround like sound.
The Note 4, besides the main speaker on the back also has the ear piece on the front which is used for calls. The mod enables both speakers and when you play a song, both speakers will play.
This will give a surround sound like effect. You can enable both speakers on your phone by following the guide below.
