How to install Galaxy Note 3 USB drivers? If you want to root your Galaxy Note 3 or transfer photos, music and videos to your PC, you must install the required drivers, otherwise your computer won’t recognize your phone at all. There are two ways of installing USB drivers.

The first option is to download & install KIES. KIES is an application created by Samsung to backup and update your phone. Once KIES is installed, USB drivers will be automatically installed and you’ll be ready to connect your phone to your computer

The second option is to download a zip file containing the required drivers. Once you download the zip file, extract it and then install the extracted file.

After the installation is completed, restart your computer and then you will be able to easily connect your Galaxy Note 3 with your PC. This method is available only for Windows.

    I installed KIes and it made my home page and search engine default to Conduit.

    • Hi Roger, check if another program installed Conduit. Kies doesn’t install any unwanted toolbars.
