SlimBean is probably the fastest and the slimmest ROM currently available for Galaxy S3.The main ROM is only 93 MB and GAPPS are merely 23 MB. This means that the ROM is bloatware free without any unnecessary apps installed.
SlimBean is very fast and Build 5 brings a lot of improvements. The biggest improvement is that taking pictures with the flash on won’t crash the camera anymore.

How to Install it:
1.You have to be rooted.Click here to learn how to root your Galaxy S3
2.If so, go to recovery mode holding volume up+home button+sleep/wake button.
3.In recovery mode, factory reset the phone, wipe dalvik cache.
4.Press install zip file and then find the downloaded ROM on your phone
5.Wait till the ROM is fully flashed and reboot.
6.That’s it .Enjoy your brand new ROM.
