Below you can download and install the official One UI 3.1 launcher APK file. One UI 3.1 is already available on a number of Samsung flagship phones, and more devices will receive it soon.
While everyone is waiting for a stable rollout of the build, a new update for Samsung One UI Home has been published. Samsung One UI Home 12.1.00.62 is the latest version of Samsung’s own launcher. It comes pre-installed on the One UI 3.1 builds of the Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra. The APK file of the launcher is now online, and you can download and install it on your own phone.
How to install One UI 3.1 Launcher APK on all Samsung phones
This file has been extracted directly from the Open Beta firmware. It is the original one with the proper APK certificate fingerprints. It is signed by Samsung which means it will upgrade your existing launcher.
Additionally, you can download and install the entire One UI 3.1 ported apps on any Samsung phone.

Download the APK file from the download link above. Transfer it to the internal storage of your device. Now simply install the file and you will be set.
- Go to File Manager and go to the folder where the APK file is located.
- Tap on the file to install it.
- If you get an error saying the APK file cannot be installed, enable Unknown Sources. Android phones do not allow the installation of third-party APK files by default.
- Once you enable Unknown Sources, the new launcher will be installed.
Once the installation process is finished, go to the home screen. Long press on an empty space of the screen, and tap on Home Screen Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the page. If it says “Version 12.1.00.62” under “About Home Screen”, you have successfully updated the launcher.
