VoLTE and VoWiFi are both important services that are becoming more and more popular nowadays, especially with the increasing number of 4G and 5G smartphones in the mid-range and budget phone segment. Their importance is even greater in a few regions such as the USA, where carriers are planning to phase out 2G and 3G infrastructure.
The problem is that VoWiFi and VoLTE are disabled on ASUS smartphones on the T-Mobile network. The feature is disabled on a number of ASUS phones such as the ROG Phone 3, Zenfone 7, Zenfone 6, and many more.
Luckily, the developers over at XDA have found a way to enable VoLTE on these devices. Initially, they tested the solution on the ASUS ROG Phone 3, and afterward, they tested it on the Zenfone 6. The solution involves modifying a few parameters and it works on most T-Mobile ASUS phones.
How To Enable VoWiFi and VoLTE on ASUS Phones
The solution requires the user to modify a few system parameters. As a result, you need root access to perform the modifications. If you do not have root access, then you cannot proceed.

1. Download AsusVoLTE file from the download link above.
2. Install the app like any other application. If the installation process fails, make sure to enable Unknown Sources.
3. Open the app and press the “Enable VoLTE” button.
This will change select properties to enable VoLTE capabilities. Now turn Mobile data off and on again. If the app has worked properly, you will a small VoLTE icon in the status bar.
