Follow this article to learn how to enable VoWiFi and VoLTE on all T-Mobile ASUS smartphones. VoLTE (Voice over Long-Term Evolution) is a high-speed wireless communication for modern smartphones. It is based on the IMS network and is much faster than the now aging 3G. VoWiFi (Voice over wireless LAN) is another communication method that uses wireless LAN to communicate with other devices.
What are VoLTE and VoWiFi
VoLTE and VoWiFi are both important services that are becoming more and more popular nowadays, especially with the increasing number of 4G and 5G smartphones in the mid-range and budget phone segment. Their importance is even greater in a few regions such as the USA, where carriers are planning to phase out 2G and 3G infrastructure.
The problem is that VoWiFi and VoLTE are disabled on ASUS smartphones on the T-Mobile network. The feature is disabled on a number of ASUS phones such as the ROG Phone 3, Zenfone 7, Zenfone 6, and many more.
