Should you buy the Galaxy Note 3

Samsung just released the Galaxy Note 3 and everyone is asking if it’s worth to buy it. First of all we should say that the Note 3 is a real powerhouse. It has a 5.7″ Full HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920×1080 and a ppi of 386. You won’t even notice that the display is a PenTile screen at that resolution.

There will be two different variants, one with the Exynos Octa Core version clocked at 1.9GHz and one with the Qualcomm 800 chipset clocked at 2.3GHz! Adreno 330 will be the GPU for both variants and for the first time ever in the mobile market, the Galaxy Note 3 has 3GB RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage.

All that RAM will be needed for the amazing multitasking capabilities this device has. Now you can open the same app in two different windows and interact with them.  You can drag a picture or comment from a window and drop it to the other window.

So, if you don’t have the Galaxy S4, the Note 3 is a must buy unless you can’t handle big screens.  What about you?

  1. Bro it might be power house but S4 has 441 ppi in 5-inch and it’s 386 ppi in 5.7-inch.So, If you are watching FHD videos then can you see any difference ? Now, RAM….S4 has 2GB but Samsung’s Bloatware eats more than half of it I think it will be the same with Note 3 because it has more feature [ and Bloatware obviously ] than S4.With storage Samsung don’t want to do the same case like S4 with too short storage space,So they choose only 32 or 64 GB.
Will buy an iPhone 5S with just awesome iOS 7,because some of Note 3 Features will be ported in S4,Who know 3RD Party Devs [XDA Devs] can port almost all features of Note 3 !!

    • In my experience, everthing above 340 pixels per inch does not make a difference. Yes, although there is too much bloatware, you can uninstall specific apps and features that you never use and trust me, RAM usage will go down a lot. At the end, you can also install CyanogenMod if you don’t care about the features.
