iPad Air 2 photos have just leaked and they suggest how the final and official design of the new tablet from Apple is going to be. The upcoming iPad Air 2 hasn’t really had all the attention it deserves just because the iPhone 6 has taken all the news and leaks, until now.
These are the first leaked photos of the new Apple tablet and the sources say that photos are of a dummy iPad which has been replicated exactly the same as the real iPad is going to be. Based on leaks, the tablet will weight around 484,3 grams which is slightly heavier than the original iPad Air.
Something different with the dummy unit is the home button. Instead of the usual square, now there is nothing inside the home button except a silver ring around the button. This means just one thing. The new iPad Air 2 will have a fingerprint scanner just like the iPhone 5S and probably the new iPhone 6.
Apart from the home button, there isn’t really a big difference with the current iPad as long as the design is concerned. However, the Air 2 will have the new A8 chip which will deliver better performance and improved gaming experience. The iPad 6 will be launched together with the iPhone 6 on September of this year.
