Touchwiz is a very good launcher and it has many options and features. However, a big problem with Touchwiz is that the launcher lags, stutters and redraws itself a lot.
So, after you are done with a specific application and press the Home button, the launcher will restart itself and it will take a while until widgets and apps appear again.
