OnePlus One is one of the most interesting smartphones at the moment. It has received a big attention because of its high-end specifications and how crazy cheap it is. The OnePlus One has specifications that are in par with the Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8 and Xperia Z2.
The phone has been designed and created by former Oppo employees. That’s why the One is so similar in design with the Find 7a and Find 5. Software wise, the One has CyanogenMod 11S, a custom version of original CyanogenMod 11 KitKat ROM. Since the OnePlus One is so similar with the Find 7a, developers have managed to port its firmware to the other device.
The most important things like Front Camera, WiFi, Mobile Data, GSP, Calling and Video are working perfectly well. However, because it is a port it has its own problem and bugs too. The NFC is not working, storage reports only 3 GB and rear camera appear upside down.
To install it, you must have a custom Recovery installed. Then. simply download the ROM, put it in your phone, boot into Recovery Mode and flash the zip file. Then wait for a few minutes until the phone fully reboots and you are done. Enjoy CyanogenMod 11S on your Oppo Find 7a.
