Samsung is offering free wireless chargers to all users who purchase a Samsung Galaxy S6 in India this month. Samsung offered free chargers to users who pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S6 in certain countries in Europe and America. However, users in India weren’t lucky to receive a wireless charger with their brand new Galaxy device.
Now, one month after the release of the Galaxy S6, Samsung is offering free chargers to Indian users. Unfortunately, owners who have bought the device before 1 May are out of luck, since the offer stands for devices sold between 1 May and 31 May 2015.
If you are buying the Samsung Galaxy S6 this month, here are the steps you have to take to get yourself a free wireless charger.
- You must buy and activate your Samsung Galaxy S6 between 1 May and 31 May of 2015. If you have bought it before or after this date, you will not receive a free wireless charger.
- Once you activate the device, head over to the Play Store and download My Samsung Rewards Apps.
- Sign up using the same mobile number that you used to activate your device.
- Now go to the Deals For You category of the application to receive a unique coupon code.
- Head over to the official Samsung India Store to redeem your prize.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 wireless charger costs Rs. 2999 or $47 dollars and it is a neat accessory to charge your device without having to deal with USB cables.
