You can now download and install the brand new Android 12 emojis on your phone. Android 12 is Google’s latest mobile operating system, which introduces a number of improvements and changes over Android 11. One of the new changes is the introduction of new emojis and the redesign of current ones. The new emojis are part of Unicode’s Emoji 13.1 set and will be included on Android 12.
Android 11 continues to have the old emoji set, but you can download the new set and install it on your device. There is a new Magisk module created by RKBD, which replaces the current emoji set with the new Android 12 set.
To get the new emojis, the only requirement is to have a rooted phone. This is a Magisk module, hence it requires a rooted phone with the Magisk app installed. If your phone is already rooted, then go ahead and download the module below. However, if you are not rooted, we recommend checking the Magisk repository, to learn how to root your device.
How to get the new Android 12 emojis
The Magisk module is a simple zip file, which you can download from the link below. We will use this file to install it using the Magisk Manager/Magisk app.
Download the zip file and move it to the internal storage of your phone. Then open the Magisk app and go to the module pages. Tap on the plus icon and select the file you just downloaded. Tap on Install and wait for the module to be installed. Once the installation process is over, restart your phone for the changes to take effect.
