Get Samsung Galaxy S5 Settings App UI now. The S5 has brought some noticeable updates and UI changes to its stock apps. They are simpler, flatter and more catchy to the eye. One of these apps is also the settings menu which has been drastically redesigned, again.
I say again because the settings app changed on the Galaxy S4 too, breaking the scrollable list into four tabs, and each tab containing many different options. On the GS5, instead of the tabs you will get only one page.

The icons are a lot bigger, rounder and brighter than the previous ones. They are listed horizontally but if you don’t like it you can change the “View Type” to Scrollable List.
How to Install Galaxy S5 Settings UI App on the Galaxy S4 and Note 3?
First of all, you need the Settings app which can be downloaded here for the Galaxy S4 and here for the Galaxy Note 3.
Using a special file manager such as ES File Explorer or Root Manager, move the apk file to System > App and replace it with SecSettings.apk. Set the right permissions to the file and then reboot your phone.
On the Galaxy Note 3 you might need to take some extra steps, so make sure to carefully follow the instructions on the app thread.

That’s it. Before replacing the original file with the new one, you should save the old one just in case the new settings app doesn’t open or force closes.
You will also notice some options that aren’t available on the Galaxy S4 and Note 3 just yet such and Download Booster. You can enable it but it won’t work . It will download the file normally without faster speed.

Where the download link for the s4 i9500 , I clicked on the “here” link but cant download
All i get is permission denied when i try moving it to system/priv-app
It wont work and now i erase de original secsettings now there is no Settings Icon in my cell how can i fix this

What file manager are you using? Make sure you have mounted R/W.
